    Payment terms, including upfront deposits, recurring subscriptions, and final milestone payments, are detailed in your specific service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

    5. Intellectual Property

    Unless otherwise agreed upon, Leadforge Agency retains intellectual property rights to the underlying systems, workflows, and proprietary methodologies used to build your pipeline. Clients retain ownership of their own data, leads, and brand assets.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    Leadforge Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. We do not guarantee specific financial results, as market conditions and sales execution are outside our direct control.
